Why is it you find it so hard,
To respond to me?
Why is it you can't say,
The words that I speak to you?
Those three words are all I want to hear,
But you say you will only say them,
If you're sure you mean them...
Yet you utter those three words,
So frequently to others that doubts start creeping,
I wonder why you don't say them to me,
When I have said them to you,
I wonder if I have done something wrong,
And now I fear repeating those three words,
In case I insult you so much it drives us apart...
Those three words are meant to show love...
Not to break hearts...
